      The buyer may order items online through the shop's catalogue and by filling a form, for any product with stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable, the buyer will be informed through e-mail.<\/p>

      For the order to be processed, the buyer will need to accept the terms and conditions. They will also need to indicate their address and choose the delivery method. At last, they will need to choose a payment method and confirm it.<\/p>

      The products governed by these general conditions are those which appear on the seller's website and which are indicated as sold and dispatched by the seller. They are offered within the limits of available stocks.<\/p>

      The products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.       Any order comes with an obligation of payment, which means that placing the order involves payment by the buyer.<\/p>

During the validation of the order form, the buyer guarantees the seller that they possess all necessary authorizations to use the method of payment of their choice. The seller reserves the right to suspend any order and any delivery in the event of refusal of authorization of payment by credit card from officially accredited bodies or in the event of non-payment. In particular, the seller reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a buyer who has not fully or partially paid a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is in progress. The seller has implemented an order verification procedure intended to ensure that no one uses the bank details of another person without their knowledge.<\/p>

      The shipping times will be those indicated below, within the limits of available stocks. In cases of force majeure or during periods of closure of the online store which will be clearly announced on the home page of the site, the shipping times may be affected. Shipping times begin from the date of registration of the order indicated on the order confirmation email.<\/p>

      For deliveries within Metropolitan France, the deadline is 5 to 9 days from the day following the registration of the order.<\/p>

      For deliveries on the territory of the European Union, the deadline is 10 to 20 working days from the day following the registration of the order.<\/p>

      For deliveries to international countries, the deadline is 15 to 25 working days from the day following the registration of the order.<\/p>

      Le contrat sera consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme r\u00e9solu \u00e0 la r\u00e9ception par le vendeur de la lettre ou de l’\u00e9crit l’informant de cette r\u00e9solution, sauf si le professionnel s’est ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 entre-temps. L\u2019acheteur pourra cependant r\u00e9soudre imm\u00e9diatement le contrat, si les dates ou d\u00e9lais vu ci-dessus constituent pour lui une condition essentielle du contrat.       Delivery refers to the transfer of the good to the customer. It can only happen after confirmation of payment by the seller's bank. The products ordered are delivered according to the following methods: Tracked letter and Tracked Colissimo for orders within Metropolitan France ; Letter, Tracked letter, International tracked colissimo and Delivengo package for other destinations.<\/p>

      In the event that this legal guarantee of conformity must be implemented, it must be kept in mind that:
      \u2013 the buyer has a period of 2 years starting with the delivery of the goods to issue a request;
      \u2013 the buyer can choose between having the good repaired or replaced, in accordance to the cost conditions provided by article L. 217-9 of the French consumer code;
      \u2013 the buyer must provide proof of the existence of the lack of conformity of the good during the 24 months following the delivery of the good;
      \u2013 the buyer can decide to implement the guarantee against hidden defects of the thing sold within the meaning of article 1641 of the French civil code.       Any circumstance beyond the control of all parties preventing the execution under normal conditions of their obligations are considered as causes for exemption from their obligations and lead to their temporary suspension. The party invoking the circumstances referred to above must immediately notify the other party of their occurrence, as well as of their resolution.<\/p>

      All facts or circumstances external to the parties, unforeseaable, inevitable, beyond their control and which cannot be pretevented, despite reasonable effort will be considered emergencies. In addition to those usually retained by the jurisprudence of the French courts and tribunals, these cases will be considered emergencies: the blockage of means of transport or supplies, earthquakes, fires, storms, floods, lightning, the shutdown of telecommunications networks or difficulties specific to telecommunications networks external to customers.<\/p>

      The parties will come together to examine the impact of the event and agree on the conditions under which the performance of the contract will be continued. If the emergency lasts longer than three months, these general conditions may be terminated by the injured party.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
